Gratitude Mail Club

Supportive, Grounding Mail for Neurodiverse Teens

For teens with busy brains and big feelings, the world can feel like too much—too loud, too fast, too overwhelming. That’s why moments of calm, clarity, and self-connection are so important.

The Gratitude Mail Club is a monthly subscription created to support ADHD and neurodiverse teens with simple, focused words that help them reset, reflect, and feel proud of who they are.

⚡ What You’ll Receive Each Month:

Two bold, sensory-friendly cards printed on premium 310gsm matte card—designed to be simple, uncluttered, and calming to hold, read, and revisit.

Card One: Daily Gratitude

  • Double-sided with two short, relatable gratitude phrases.

  • Flip halfway through the month for a fresh focus.

  • A visual anchor to remind them of the good—even on the hard days.

Card Two: Morning & Nighttime Reflections

  • One side starts the day with a clear, grounding intention to support routine, focus, and self-belief.

  • The other side helps ease into sleep with a gentle nighttime reflection—validating emotions without overwhelm.

These cards are designed for how ADHD brains feel—with space, simplicity, and words that stick. They’re a tool for building emotional regulation, self-trust, and calm in a chaotic world.

How It Works:

  • You can join or cancel at any time and shipping is included worldwide!
